You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are offered with free 10 units of electricity consumption per day. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 6 per electrical unit. Please note that rates are not inclusive of a use consumption from weekly and monthly booking. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 6 per one electrical unit (kw). Cleaning is every 4 night and Changing of bed linen is once a week. Daily and weekly price includes electrity 10 kw per night over use cost 5 THB per kw. Mothly price exclude electricity 5 THB per kw.
