The hotel requires a deposit of 2000.00 THB per day. If a guest stays for more than 5 nights, the property will hold a deposit of 10000.00 THB.

The Elements All Day Dining restaurant is scheduled to undergo a full refurbishment from 05th May to 31st October 2025. During this period, the hotel will remain fully operational, with thoughtful adjustments in place to minimise disruption. While the refurbishment is underway, dining services will be relocated to the Chill Out space — a scenic venue overlooking the resort’s cascading waterfalls.

Guests can continue to enjoy their dining experiences as follows:

Daily Buffet Breakfast: 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Thai Favourites Lunch: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Taste of Thailand Dinner: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Refurbishment Schedule & Impact:

May – June: Major construction and structural work. High noise levels expected.

July – August: Moderate structural work. Medium noise levels.

September – October: Final stages. Noise levels will be minimal.

To limit guest inconvenience, meeting rooms will be repurposed as temporary dining spaces. In addition, guest room allocation will prioritise accommodation in the upper areas of the resort, away from the renovation zone and conveniently located near theFloat Pool and M Bar.

For Families:

As the refurbishment area is near the main pool, which is the designated swimming area for children under 18, families with children may experience a slightly greater impact. Nevertheless, every effort will be made to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.
