You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pool/Beach towels are available for rent at EUR 8 per towel per stay. Bed linen per apartment is changed every 7 days. For stays of 10 days to 14 days the bed linen per apartment is changed mid through stay. Extra bed linen have a EUR 7 surcharge. Towels are changed once mid through week and a light cleaning is included for stays of 7 days and twice for stays of 10 to 14 days. Additional towel change can be done for €7 per person. Additional cleaning can be requested for an EUR 15 surcharge per service.
