Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Front desk is open 24/7.

The sauna complex and spa services are not included in the price and are paid separately. An appointment is required.

Children up to 6 years old can stay with their parents free of charge; if possible, a cot is provided. In this case, the food will be the same as that indicated by the parents. Children over 7 years old are accommodated for a fee.

To check into the hotel, you need a Russian passport for each adult guest, and a birth certificate for children. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to stay without parents. In the case of children living without parents, the accompanying person must provide: copies of the parents' passports, written consent from the parents for the child to live with an accompanying person, the original birth certificate of the child.

For foreign citizens, a passport, a migration card (must be valid or with an extension stamp, even if you have extended other documents!), and a visa are required. Please note that according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, the hotel registers foreign citizens with migration authorities.

In all cases, only original documents are accepted.

The hotel's Standard and Comfort rooms have two separate beds that can be combined into one.

Access to the hotel is only possible from Basseinaya Street. Cafe Gor serves as a reference point for turning onto the coastal road.
