Self-check-in is provided, the guest can be met by prior arrangement.

Guests are not recommended to turn on music too loudly, it is necessary to turn it off outside after 10:00 PM according to the law of the Vladimir region on silence.

Smoking is not allowed at home, there is a barbecue terrace, a balcony, a panoramic loggia and an adjoining territory. Hookah and electronic cigarettes can be enjoyed in the lounge area.

It is necessary to maintain cleanliness. Garbage, leftovers of food and drinks should be collected in garbage bags, which are in the kitchen, under the sink.

Accommodation with pets is possible by prior arrangement.
