Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 14:00.

Guests are asked to contact the facility before 02:00 PM to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

In case of booking after 09:00 PM with check-in on the current day, it is necessary to agree on the possibility of check-in. Late booking and payment with check-in on the current day without prior arrangement is not accepted.

Early check-in and late check-out are discussed separately and are available for an additional fee. For late check-in after 10:00 PM or early check-out before 07:00 AM, an additional fee of RUB 300.00 is required for each item.

Accommodation is possible for no more than 2 people, including children over 10 years old. Accommodation with a child must be agreed upon in advance.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and hookahs, and parties are prohibited.

Accommodation under the influence of alcohol or other intoxication is not allowed.

The deposit is returned upon departure.

Transfer and food delivery is upon request and for an additional fee.

All living conditions and equipment are considered accepted, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
