For categories Barnhouse Solo, Duo, Igloo, Glamping: check-in time is 02:00 PM, check-out is until 11:00 AM.

For Bungalow Solo, Duo categories: check-in time is 07:00 PM, check-out is until 05:00 PM.

Additional seats are available strictly at an additional cost. The cost for children over 10 years old is the same as for adults; children under 10 years old without a seat are free of charge.

At the guest's request and with written confirmation from the hotel, pets are allowed in accordance with the hotel's rules. There are restrictions on the weight of a pet up to 10 kg and a one-time payment for this service of RUB 5000.00.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon agreement with the hotel.

The cost of additional space in the rooms: RUB 2500.00 on regular days, RUB 4000.00 on holidays.

The hotel provides a 10% discount on Sector E rentals, in the rope park, on instructor services and a 50% discount on visiting the Husky Park.

In the Triple Igloo Mountain View room category, a mezzanine with a mattress is provided as a single bed.

5. Bungalow 2k two-room, 45 sq.m., 4 guests main seats - possible 2 extra beds for a surcharge (maximum 6 guests).

6. Apartments, 18 sq.m., 4 guests main seats - no extra bed is provided (maximum 4 guests).
