The apartment has a storage water heater that provides uninterrupted access to hot water.

The price for 2 guests includes 1 set of bed linen. The cost of the additional kit is RUB 1000.00.

The property is non-smoking. In case of tobacco odor, the deposit is retained in full.

Pets are prohibited.

Events and parties are prohibited.

It is prohibited to make noise from 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM.

It is prohibited to use pyrotechnics in the apartment, on the loggia and in the entrance.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.

Mandatory conditions for check-in are:

Conclusion of an agreement.

Payment of a refundable security deposit (returned after cleaning, subject to the safety and absence of damage to the property). It can be changed at the discretion of the administrator.

The check-in manager works until 09:00 PM. Check-in after 09:00 PM will be for an additional fee.

The number of guests for which payment has been made can be accommodated.

Guests over 24 years of age are allowed to check into the accommodation facility in accordance with the agreement concluded upon check-in.

Failure to comply with the rules of residence may result in refusal of check-in or early eviction without refund.

There is a remote check-in system in place. Instructions with codes are sent after making a security deposit and signing the contract. Guests must contact the property in advance to arrange check-in for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Minors can only stay at the facility with a family. Underage guests without adults are not accepted in the apartment.

There is free outdoor parking next to the house. On request, the landlord can send parking instructions.
