Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Check-in from 10:00 PM to 00:00 AM and from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM — RUB 500.00, from 00:00 AM to 07:00 AM — RUB 1000.00.

Check-in before 02:00 PM is possible if the apartment is free and ready for check-in. Check-out later than 12:00 PM is also possible if the apartment is free at this time. In case of early check-in or late check-out, a charge of 10% of the daily cost of accommodation will be charged for each hour.

To check in, guests must contact the apartment 2-3 hours before arrival and inform their arrival time. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

You need to have a passport with you to draw up a contract. Reporting documents are provided.

Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is carried out every 5 days.

Prior to arrival, guests will be charged a prepayment of 1 night's stay. A representative of the apartment will contact the guest and provide information on how to make a prepayment.

Holidays are strictly prohibited in the apartments.

When checking into the apartment, a rental agreement is drawn up and an insurance deposit is charged, which is returned upon departure, if all the terms of the contract are met. Reporting documents are provided.
