Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Electronic check-in and the conclusion of a rental agreement are performed using the remote check-in service.

Independent check-in is possible at a convenient time. Access codes and check-in instructions must be received before 10:00 PM. Reception opening hours are from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in support after 11:00 PM is carried out by prior arrangement and is paid additionally, starting from RUB 1500.00.

The security deposit is refunded on the day of departure immediately after cleaning, unless the rental rules are violated. Guests are asked to take care of the property and follow the rules of accommodation.

If a general cleaning is required after check-out, its cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

Payment of the deposit (security deposit) is made by transfer to the card, cash payment is not possible.

When booking, guests must specify the exact number of guests. A child of any age is also considered a guest.

To check in, foreign citizens must provide scans of their passport, migration card, and visa for all guests.

For stays of more than 10 days, cleaning is carried out and paid additionally by agreement. The cost of cleaning must be specified.

The facility, according to its internal rules, may charge for additional services not provided on the site.

Guests are asked to treat the property with care and comply with the rules of residence.
