Customer service is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Only guests specified in the booking are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional guest must be approved by the hotel management in advance.

Noise, loud music, or television are not allowed in the property from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00.

Only adult guests may stay at the property. Persons under 18 years of age are allowed to stay only if accompanied by parents or legal guardians.

Moving furniture or significantly rearranging decorative items is not permitted.

All items present in the property at check-in are considered its integral part. Removing furniture, towels, bed linen, cleaning supplies, or any other items is strictly prohibited.

In case of emergency (such as flooding, fire, complaints from neighbors, or violation of quiet hours), hotel management reserves the right to enter the property using their set of keys at any time.

Upon leaving the property, ensure all electrical appliances, the stove, water supply, and windows are turned off, and that the entrance door is securely locked.

After check-out, housekeeping staff will inspect and clean the property. All food, beverages, boxes, bags, and flowers will be disposed of. The hotel is not responsible for any belongings left in the property after check-out.

Late check-out is an additional service and is charged separately. Early check-in is also an additional service and is charged separately.

Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, decorative items, textiles, or appliances must be fully compensated by the guest, including the cost of repairs and delivery.
