Apart Pavloff Family Suite up to 15 people Apartments

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

The apartments have contactless check-in. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The capacity of the apartment is 15 people.

It offers 1 super king-size bed, 3 king-size beds, 3 double sofas, 1 single sofa bed.

Mandatory refundable security deposit - up to 5 guests RUB 3000.00, 5-9 guests RUB 7000.00, 10 or more guests RUB 10000.00. Returned on the day of departure after cleaning, subject to the rules of residence (if upon departure, not supporting, but general cleaning is required, then its cost is deducted from the deposit).

For stays of less than 2 nights, the fee is RUB 500.00 per guest.

Housing is provided only on the basis of identity documents.

Accommodation for more than 15 people in the apartment.

The price includes cleaning, bed linen, three towels per person, disposable slippers, individual dental kit, consumables.

For long-term stays, change of linen and cleaning every 7-10 days.

Additional cleaning available (upon request).

Before each arrival, cleaning is carried out with hypoallergenic products of the bio series, bed linen and towels are processed in a specialized laundry.

Children under 3 years old are provided with a baby cot for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00, one-time payment.
