When booking an apartment for a period of 14 days or more, an increased deposit of RUB 5000.00 is charged and an additional cleaning fee of RUB 2000.00 is also paid. This is a supportive cleaning with a change of linen, which is carried out at the time agreed with the guest and in his absence. Instead of the scheduled cleaning, a final cleaning fee of RUB 3000.00 can be paid. For stays of 21 days or more, two cleaning services are provided during the stay, or one upon departure.
