The hotel offers special Dog Friendly rooms for pets: Beta Superior with balcony (dog friendly) and Beta Junior with balcony (dog friendly). This accommodation is available during the season from April 17 to September 30, when the Beta building is open. At other times of the year, this service is not available.

A one-time non-refundable surcharge of RUB 2000.00 is charged upon arrival for accommodation with an animal. Dogs weighing up to 5 kg are allowed with a veterinary passport with current vaccinations.

Pets are prohibited from visiting the hotel's public areas, such as restaurant, bar, pool, beach.

Payment at the hotel is only possible by credit card. Cash payments are not accepted.

SPA services are available for an additional fee: cosmetic services. There are free steam rooms for general use.

The Guest Stay service on weekdays, Monday through Friday — RUB 5000.00 RUB including 20% ​​VAT of RUB 1000.00 for an adult, RUB 3000.00 including 20% ​​VAT of 600.00 RUB for a child aged 3-12. Children under 3 — free of charge.

The Guest Stay service on weekends: Saturday, Sunday and holidays — RUB 9000.00 RUB including 20% ​​VAT of RUB 1800.00 RUB for an adult, RUB 5400.00 RUB including 20% ​​VAT of RUB 1080.00 for a child aged 3-12. Children under 3 — free of charge.

The price includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner in buffet style, mid-course meals, use of the spa center, gym, swimming pools and hotel grounds.

In the Delta building, rooms on the 5th floor do not have a balcony and have small windows under the ceiling; the elevator goes to the 4th floor, from the 4th to the 5th floor you need to go up the stairs.
