Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

There is no reception desk at the property, check-in is only remote, and is possible at any time of the day with prior booking. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

To access the apartment, guests must complete online check-in, for this they will need an original Russian passport. Then, guests will be given access to their personal account (they will need to download the application) with all the instructions and important information for their stay.

Parking on the premises is paid:

20 minutes — free;

then - RUB 200.00 per hour.

Then there are several types of parking:

on Ordzhonikidze Street, 4 — RUB 100.00 per check-in, each check-in is paid separately;

behind the Tabris supermarket — RUB 500.00 per day, unlimited check-in/check-out during the stay (a remote control is issued).

Free parking on the premises of the house: Kubanskaya Embankment 33 (subject to availability, a remote control is issued).

Some apartments allow pets, please check before booking (send us a request).

Payment is made for each pet. The pet must be no more than 35 cm at the withers.

Cost of staying with a pet:

1 to 4 days — RUB 1500 + refundable deposit of RUB 5000.00;

more than 5 days — RUB 2000.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 8000.00;

more than 10 days — RUB 2500.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 11,000.00;

more than 15 days — RUB 3000.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 14,000.00;

more than 20 days — RUB 3500.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 17,000.00;

more than 25 days — RUB 4000.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 20,000.00;

more than 30 days — RUB 4500.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 23,000.00.

The price is valid for a one-time payment.

Breakfasts are provided in a cafe next door, 50 meters from the house (open 24 hours).
