Bolshoi by Roomers Apartments

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Front desk opening hours 00:00 - 23:00.

There is no reception desk, check-in is only possible remotely, at any time of the day by prior arrangement.

To access the apartments, guests must complete online check-in, for this you will need an original Russian passport. Then you will be provided with access to your personal account (you will need to download the application) with all the instructions and important information for your stay.

Early check-in is possible by prior arrangement, free of charge, subject to availability.

Late check-out is possible no later than 3:00 PM subject to availability from RUB 400.00 per hour, then payment for the next day.

Parking on the premises is paid:

- 30 minutes - free;

- then - RUB 100.00 per hour during the day;

- and RUB 300.00 per hour at night.

To save on parking, guests can be provided with a card with a fixed payment for the duration of their stay:

Cost from RUB 700.00 to RUB 1000.00 per day (from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day).

Option 1: cost: RUB 700.00 per day (guests book, pay, park according to the instructions from the hotel partners themselves, the hotel is not responsible for parking in this case);

Option 2: cost: from RUB 800.00 to RUB 1000.00 per day, the administrator will book for guests, provide video instructions, and will be in touch during the booking if guests have any questions (concierge service).

There are many City Parking near the house, guests can download the application and leave their car in the nearest parking lot:

Cost: RUB 60.00 per hour during the daytime (until 8:00 PM), then from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM - free; weekends and holidays — free.

Some apartments allow pets, please check before booking (send a request to the hotel). Payment is made for each pet. The pet must be no more than 35 cm at the withers.

Cost of staying with a pet:

— from 1 to 4 days — RUB 1500.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 5000.00;

— more than 4 days — RUB 2000.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 8000.00;

— more than 10 days — RUB 2500.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 11000.00;

— more than 15 days — RUB 3000.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 14000.00;

— more than 20 days — RUB 3500.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 17000.00;

— more than 25 days — RUB 4000.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 20000.00;

— more than 30 days — RUB 4500.00 + refundable deposit of RUB 23000.00.

The price is valid for a one-time payment.

Breakfasts are available to guests in the cafe next door, 50 m from the house (open from 8:00 AM).
