Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Front desk is open 24/7.

Check-in and check-out of guests takes place at the Hotel 28. Address: Russia, Krasnodar Krai, Mountain Olympic Village, Estosadok village, ulitsa Sulimovka 7.

Parking in the territory of the Mountain Olympic Village is paid — RUB 500.00 per day, payable at the reception Hotel 28.

When staying in the hotel with a pet for 1-3 days:

— the cost of surcharge for an animal weighing no more than 15 kg — RUB 1000.00 for the whole period;

— for an animal weighing more than 15 kg — RUB 1500.00 for the whole period.

When staying in the hotel with an animal for a period of 4-8 days:

— the cost of surcharge for an animal weighing no more than 15 kg — RUB 3000.00 for the whole period;

— the cost of surcharge for an animal weighing more than 15 kg — RUB 3500.00 for the whole period.

When staying in the hotel with a pet for 9-14 days: the cost of surcharge for the animal is RUB 6500.00 for the whole period.

If staying in the hotel with a pet for 14-21 days: the surcharge per pet is RUB 8500.00 for the whole period.

If staying in the hotel with a pet for more than 21 days: extra charge per pet RUB 10000.00 for the whole period.

Guests have access to Rosa Khutor Beach. On the beach: sun beds under a shaded canopy, umbrellas and bungalows, recreation facilities for people with limited mobility, comfortable changing rooms and showers, a children's playground and SPA areas. There is a rental and sale of beach accessories, a summer cafe and a fresh bar with ottomans, a SUP-surfing point, catamarans, and a dive center.

From June 1, a shuttle service runs to and from the sea beach. It operates daily and departs twice a day.
