Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Late check-in is paid separately:

After 10:00 PM to 12:01 AM — RUB 250.00.

After 12:01 AM to 08:00 AM — RUB 500.00.

Check-in is contactless.

Guests must contact the property in advance of their arrival by writing to the messengers at the number indicated in the voucher. On the day of arrival, the property will provide detailed information for self-check-in.

The property has two options for accessing the apartments, depending on the property:

1. The keys are in a mini-safe;

2. Electronic combination lock.

The price includes:

- A full set of bed linen and towels.

- Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap) for the first days of stay.

- High-speed Wi-Fi without traffic restrictions.

Toothbrushes and disposable slippers are not provided.

When checking in, guests must indicate the exact number of guests when booking. This is important for the correct calculation of the cost and preparation of the apartment for arrival.

To check in, guests must sign an electronic contract through the service.

A refundable deposit is charged to ensure the safety of the property.

The deposit is returned on the day of departure after a full cleaning of the apartment. The refund is made to the bank card from which the payment will be made, before 06:00 PM Moscow time. Unfrozen funds will be displayed in the status "cancellation of operation" or "refund".

Smoking cigarettes and hookah is prohibited, including on the balcony.

The apartments are not rented out for entertainment events.

It is prohibited to disturb the peace of residents of neighboring apartments. Guests must observe the silence regime from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM.

Third parties are not allowed to stay in excess of the number of guests specified in the reservation, unless this was agreed upon in advance.

Reporting documents are provided for an additional fee upon prior approval. The commission amount will be included in the electronic check.

In case of early departure, the amount paid for accommodation is non-refundable.

Accommodation with small pets is possible upon prior approval. However, this service involves additional costs, including an increase in the security deposit.

Pets are not allowed.
