Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Remote check-in is provided. The cost for early check-in or late check-out is half the cost of a day for non-seasonal stays and is equal to the cost of a day in high season. The cost of accommodation may also depend on the season. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

The price is for accommodation of two people. An additional fee of RUB 500.00 is charged for each additional guest. Children under 7 years old stay free of charge without providing an extra bed.

Minimum booking period: two days.

It is forbidden to move furniture, hold parties, and smoking is prohibited. In case of violation of these rules, a fine of RUB 5000.00 will be charged.

A deposit is provided. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure, provided there is no damage to the property.

The residential complex is new, so on weekdays during the daytime repairs can take place in other apartments. Earplugs are provided.

Guests should contact the manager at least 24 hours before arrival via messenger for instructions on check-in.
