A cash security deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
All guests regardless of age are required to present a valid ID and the e-mail voucher/booking confirmation upon arrival. For Filipinos: SSS/GSIS or UMID, TIN card, Drivers License, OWWA for OFWs, PRC ID, Senior Citizen card, passport. Postal and Comelec only together with a second valid ID. For Foreigners: Passport, ACR, AEP. IDs such as Company ID or Student ID are not acceptable.
Early check-in before 11:00 AM will be charged an additional fee of a full night rate.
Guests checking in between 11:00 AM onwards will be charged an additional fee of PHP 500 upon check in.
Dinner will not be available for check-in after 06:00 PM. Regular meal schedule will resume the following day.
