All guests are required to present a valid ID and the e-mail voucher/booking confirmation upon arrival. Filipinos: SSS/GSIS or UMID, TIN card, Drivers License, OWWA for OFWs, PRC ID, Senior Citizen card, passport. Postal and Comelec only together with a second valid ID. Foreigners: passport, ACR, AEP.IDs such as Company ID or Student ID are not acceptable.

The property requires a refundable security deposit of PHP 2,000 upon check-in.
The property is accommodating guest at exception rates that include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Dinner will not be available for check-in after 06:00 PM. Regular meal schedule will resume the following day.
