Know Before You Go

• Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: USD 65.00 per person
• Pet deposit: USD 100.00 per stay
• Pet fee: USD 100.00 per pet, per stay
• Late check-in fee: USD 50.00 for check-in between noon and 5:30 PM

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Christmas Eve (24 December) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 75.00
• Christmas Eve (24 December) Gala Dinner per child: USD 37.50 (from 3 to 12 years old)

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
