As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Housekeeping fee: USD 50 per day
• Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 10 per day

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: USD 800 per stay
• Breakage deposit: USD 600 per stay
• Spring Break deposit: USD 1000 per stay (for stays between 01 April - 30 April)
A damage deposit of USD 1000 will be collected before check-in.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
