As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

Please note that 40% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the hotel will contact you directly to arrange payment via bank transfer or PayPal. If payment is not received within 4 days from the time of contacting the guest, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Please note that some rooms and cabins do not have 24-hour electricity.
