As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

• Additional fee: MXN 415 per person, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

The listed mandatory additional fee comprises the park entry fee for non-resident guests. The fee for guests who are residents of Mexico is MXN 255 per person, per day. Fees are collected at park entrance.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately MXN 200 to 400 for adults, and MXN 200 to 400 for children
