As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Aldea Thai by Mistik Vacation Rentals of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note that an open credit card voucher will be requested upon check in. In case there is no credit card available, a cash amount will be asked upon check in. The amount will be determined by front desk. Each guest will be granted with a bracelet upon check in, in order to access the property. The bracelets will be asked back upon check out. In case a bracelet is not handed back, an additional fee will be charged per missing bracelet. Please note that cleaning service is every 3 days. Cleaning service for long stays are every 7 days.
