Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. Shuttle service, by plane or speedboat, is available for an additional fee. Domestic flight prices: Adult: USD 170.00, child (02 years - 12 years): USD 145.00, infant (0 years - 02 years): USD 82.00. The speedboat transfer is not available on Fridays.

Guests must contact to arrange the transfer at least 14 days before arrival if choosing the domestic flight option and at least 5 days before arrival if choosing Speedboat option.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
