Transfer should be paid separately. The cost can range from USD 200.00 to 600.00.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

Considering the privacy, the resort prohibits the operation of drones on the island.

For personalized assistance and to arrange a transfer, guests are asked to contact the reservations team for more details. Guests are asked to email the Veligandu reservations team the international flight details, plus the full names and ages of all travelers. Guests are asked to provide this information no later than 7 days before their arrival.

Seaplane Transfers​

Seaplane transfers to Veligandu take 20 minutes from Velana International Airport (VIA). After clearing Immigration and Customs, guests are asked to head to Crown & Champa Resorts CCR Booth #B9 where the facility's airport team will assist with check-in, followed by a 10-minute shuttle to the Seaplane Terminal. Seaplanes operate from 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with departures usually within an hour of the arrival. The last seaplane leaves Veligandu at 04:00 PM. If the international flight arrives too late to check-in before 04:00 PM, guests may need to stay overnight in Male’ or stay at the airport and arrangements are managed by the guests' local ground-handling agent.

Shared speedboat transfer for a child 2 to 11 years is USD 195.00 per child roundtrip.

The luggage limit is 20 kilos per person. Weather or other factors might cause wait times. Neither the Seaplane operator nor Veligandu assumes any liability for delays or associated expenses.

Speedboat Transfers

Speedboat transfers to and from Velana International Airport, take about 60 minutes. Guests are asked to head to the Crown & Champa Resorts CCR Booth #B9 for help. Veligandu has scheduled speedboat transfers twice daily: from the airport to Veligandu at 10:30 AM and 04:45 PM, and from Veligandu to the airport at 07:00 AM and 03:30 PM. If guests miss these, guests have the option of staying at Champa Central Hotel in Male’ or wait at the airport. Veligandu isn’t liable for delays or changes in the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

Private Yacht Transfers

On private yacht transfers guests can can enjoy atoll cruising excursions, including snorkeling, sandbank exploration, and dolphin watching.
