Please inform Iris1 IUN P2304 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for stays longer than 7 nights, bed linens and towels will be changed and charged €10 per person. A surcharge of €20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 22:00. A surcharge of €35 applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 23:00. A surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Kindly note that last minute bookings may have slight check-in delays of up to 2 hours.
