Loud music is played from 2pm until 10 pm (sometime extended till 3:00am) and can be disturbing. There is no restaurant on the property. However lot of Restaurants are available in the area at a walking distance. WiFi is free but speed and connectivity depend upon service provider. In case of power failure (Electricity blackout), like every part in Goa. Invert-er backup will run and basic minimum lights and fan will function up-to 6 hours. House-keeping provided every alternate day to change towel, linen and cleaning of the room. Please note that for extra bed mattresses will be provided. Managed by a private host
