The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must pay a prepayment of 30% of the total amount during booking. The remaining balance should be paid at least 7 days before arrival. Please note that check in is possible on Fridays only during the school year. However, during the summer holidays from 1 July until 26 August, check-in is only possible on Saturdays. Managed by a private host
