The apartments only offer contactless check-in. To receive instructions and complete online check-in, please contact the property no later than 10:00 PM on the day of arrival. Contact info can be found in the booking confirmation. When choosing a rate with payment on site, payment is only possible in cash or by online transfer.

Smoking and hosting parties are prohibited in the apartment.

Beds can be placed together or separately. The apartment is designed for two people. The house is new, so the sounds of repair are possible, but only on weekdays according to the Belarusian calendar and during working hours. A copy of a valid passport is required to book accommodation. An original passport will be required upon check-in. The apartment is not rented for parties and various events. Minors unaccompanied by a guardian will be denied entry. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has a loggia, which is also not allowed to smoke at.

The deposit is refunded after the final cleaning, if all the rules of accommodation have been observed in the apartment.
