Reception is open from 8:00 to 18:00. Check-in after 18:00 is possible if guests provide their bank card details in advance (for a deposit). Guests can provide information via the telephone number on the booking confirmation.

This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.

One child 2 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Late check-out fee: AUD 50

Weekly housekeeping provided; additional cleaning fee: AUD 5.00

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

Deposit: AUD 50.00 min per stay (for stays between 1 January - 31 December)

Breakage deposit: AUD 50.00 per stay

Spring Break deposit: AUD 500 per stay for guests under 21 years old staying between 10 11 - 10 12
