I had the worst vacation of my life. The first night I found myself in the dark in the middle of the night.. with daylight I asked about it they said they had to go get gas ⛽️.. the gave me a dirty room the toilet doesn’t flush the sink doesn’t drain and the water stinks I ended up with bumps and pimples all over my body.. I booked the room for 2 people and the website said so cause I had a friend that’ was coming to visit when I checked in I told the person that.. and said ok.. when my friend came he had me pay $35 out of pocket because the room is for only one person I said website said it’s for 2 people that I made the reservation over the phone that the person might make a mistake.. he still get money he call a woman I heard that is his sister and the owner s wife .. that lady cursed me because I said the room is dirty and there was no electric.. they were very unprofessional.. the pools were dry.. I only got breakfast for only two days then I had to get myself out looking for food.. I couldn’t contact you guys cause there was no WiFi he told me their WiFi got cut.. I spent 4 days in the dark I was the only guest in the hotel.. I slept on the same sheet for 6 nights and the day before I leave someone (a guy) came and asked if I needed to change my sheets.. and I said it doesn’t matter that I’m leaving the next day.. you guys can’t have a hotel like that on your page.. I need my full refund cause I didn’t get anything from what your website said.. this hotel is closed.

Hell vacation

well not many tourists down this way.. I think I was the only guest, but I enjoyed it, the staff was good and friendly, the food good, the room comfortable and the ocean right across the street, even was able to rent a surfboard down down the street at Haiti Surf.
Safe, comfortable, the owner Rolf and his wife friendly and informative and I was invited up into his tree fort for drinks and talk, we even took a road trip together.. I'd stay there again for sure and if you stay there say hi to the staff & owners for me.  Tom Allen

Beautiful location directly in front of the ocean.  The grounds have been lovingly landscaped with beautiful palm trees and many tropical flours.  The rooms are nicely furnished with local touches and are very well maintained.  The two swimming pools and beautiful garden give guests many places to hang out, including tables and chairs outside of the rooms that  provide a fabulous view of the garden and the ocean.  The staff  and owner are always present, providing great service and friendly conversation.  Kabic Beach is just in front of you and includes great surfing opportunities as well as beach and swimming,  The hotel has a full kitchen and makes a great rum sour.  This was my first time back to Kabic after several years and I loved it. Couldn't believe how much the property had changed, trees had grown, pools had appeared, etc.  I loved it when it first opened and I love it now!.

We stayed at the Kabic Beach Club for 3 days as a family (2 adults + 2 babies). Very kind staff, as well as the owner and very good food but you have to wait VERY long for the smallest request (which was not the case at our other hotel in Port-au-Prince though quite basic) and/or ask several times because the staff communicates very little or forgets the request. Problems encountered: - no hot water on arrival (resolved in the day) - air conditioning that works and then no longer works after 1 day, - no refrigerator in the room (family room at $100 a night) - main pool not filled General impression: everyone wants to do well but the cohesiveness and execution are very far from the standards for this level of travel and for which prices are regular.

Correct

The experience from beginning to end was excellent. It was my sister’s birthday - completely unexpectedly and unplanned the owner (Rolf), the owner’s wife (Marie),  the Maitre D, and the wonderfully friendly staff of the hotel put together a whole BD party complete with cake and candles.

The service was simply great. Food was great. The grounds and accommodations were nice. I hope some of the pictures I am sharing do justice. We all had simply a great time at great location. Our stay was just too short.

Excelent Service

All the staff were amazing great customer service.  They  are so gentle and genuine Always there to ask you if everything is okay. Food is amazing so tasty I could eat all day. Healthy breakfast, lunch,  and dinner. Everything was so perfect I fell in love with the staff. Amazing place to stay while vacation.

Wonderful. Must stay. Great rooms. Great food. Beautiful views and pools. Right by the beach, not far from town. Rooms airy and have fans. Free wifi. The owners are great, as are the staff. Best hotel experience in a while.

Perfect Beachfront Hotel

Compliment to the chef and the ambiance of the place was great, unfortunately the water, cold nor hot wasn't on for the day we arrived, air conditioning did not work, WiFi didnt work, ceiling leaked, toilet did not flush. To top it all the owner was very unprofessional and food was over priced, nothing what the add advertised. I ask for for a comp. owner threatened to call the cop and said that we didn't pay which we over paid and the restaurant did not have change. Our change was kept without authorization. Disappointed. Ps the pool was empty the whole time.

The hotel is under construction no pool. the 08.02.18 we left without asking for anything sorry but we have to update your photos on booking etc etc etc etc thank you I did well not book in advance otherwise would have done......ha ha ha there is a lot of hotel in the works I advise you to go see before booking in advance on this good trip friends ciao

Visit before booking in work!!!

I strongly recommend Kabic Hotel. The view is outstanding, the architecture original and the interior design very nice. It is a real pleasure to be hosted by the owner and his wife. Food is tasty and the hotel is spotlessly clean. A real heaven. I was there for a short trip and my only regret is that I was not able to stay longer. It is the nicest and most peaceful hotel that I have visited in Haiti.
