Mr Gilbert was excellent host. He helped me with early checkin and also gave all the tipw and tricks around the place. I will definitely recommend him and the place. It was clean and neat. Will come back for sure

I really enjoyed my stay at the resortMy room was very quiet. The area was very safevery close to many restaurants and convenience storesOwner was very accommodating and very pleasant

The owner Gilbert is an amazing host. From the moment I arrived he was so helpful. Breakfast was awesome. The best part was he was prepared to take me around to help me get acclimated to make sure I got a fair price. If there’s somewhere to stay and you’re new to the country or town this is the place to go.

This property is in a very good location. A few minute drive from downtown. The host is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would stay here again.  It also has AC and parking.

The property manager, Gilbert, was very personable and make the welcome sincere.

Very nice large size room upper level and lower level to sit and relax  Convenience store across the street one around the corner and another on the next street overOMG is a restaurant worth trying I had the Kabobs Combo and the Platter Sample #2Beacon Roti was delicious There's also a night club that's walking distance but it's being renovated Things to consider when booking at this location invest in a mosquito net and some bug spray You do have to call the establishment ahead of time with your arrival time and then contact them again the day

The property was close to pretty much anything you want relating to food transportation and parking the hospitality was excellent. The rooms were very, very nice. The one that I stayed in but CARRIS has another room, which is really immaculate with the terrace and the view, I suggest folks with should request the room with terrace based in budget

Solo Trip

My stay here was very good for the price. The property owner was always available whenever needed and tried his best to cater to my needs.There's a Taxi company adjacent to the building for easy transportation to and fro. There is also parking available in front of the building.There's a small shop opposite the building too to purchase urgent necessities. Also a little walk away from the building on the next street is a bigger shop. There are restaurants very close by in short walking distances. The area was safe as well with nice people around.The room itself has an AC, a very fancy portable fan, a microwave, mini fridge and a smart TV with very good lighting.

Excellent time staying at Carris! I arrived past-midnight and with short notice but Gilbert ensured the room was ready and that I was comfortable. The accommodations are simple but had everything i needed and more, and felt like home for 2 days. Gilbert also pointed me toward a great tour operator, and also offered me breakfast pastries. Topnotch service and great value, i would 100% recommend staying at Carris!

I stayed for 15 days and I had absolutely no issues it was clean, private, fully air-condition , very convenient to all shopping and their is a taxi base right across the street.The host was very friendly and always willing to help you. He's there All the time so anything you need he is there to assist you.Overall I had a great stay and will surely return

The owner was very nice and went out of his way to arrange my late taxi pick up. He also delivered breakfast every morning to my room. The AC was wonderful! He also had a bug zapper in room. The first night I had no issues with mosquitos but the rest I did (not something he can control but I wanted to mention that mosquitos do get inside and to bring repellent). For the value, you can't go wrong here! Convenient location and taxi place is across street. I did mention to him there's a weird smell when you walk in it almost smells like weed but worse. My room thankfully didn't smell but walking in and out was nauseating (I'm very sensitive to smells) other than that it was a great value and I felt safe as a solo traveler. Also keep in mind that coming from the states the standards aren't the same but felt it was an awesome budget friendly option

I felt very welcomed and safe. There was excellent communication before my stay. They arraigned transport for me to and from the airports. Coffee and breakfast was placed in my room because of my very early departure. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a very short stay but lovely nonetheless.
