Hibiscus Cap Skiring

Came with wife and kids. Lovely  place and good food. Room prices are a bit high for this area but had no choice. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach. The hotel arranged a beach buggy and quad bike for half a day which was awesome 

Stayed for 6 nights, Yes we will return !  Pauline, in Reception, was excellent on arrival.
Only a handfull of people Staying, We were offered the choice of 3 sea view rooms !  The rooms are Very Clean . With Air Con and Ceiling fan , All the Staff are Friendly, The recent Renovation has put it up there as the best hotel in Cap Skiring , Excellent Swimming pool, with non slip terraces,  The food is average, My wife Thought she good give the Chef Some Tips on how to make Chips. No cold milk for the Breakfast cereal.  One Simple Improvement from our Point of view could be English translation in the Menu,   Or a device that you speak into, then the words come out french !

I stayed in Kabrousse with my family for 5 days. Hibiscus is simply the best hotel in Kabrousse, very Clean, the dishes are amazing and the hotel is simply beautiful. Irina and her staff are very professional. I am in a tourism industry so I am aware what is a good and a bad hotel, Hibiscus is the top in Kabrousse!!

The Hotel Hibiscus is beautifully located by the beach, with direct access to the beach. The rooms were decent and the food was reasonably good. The service was also good. However, the hotel is a bit run down and could be refurbished. But all in all? Probably the best hotel experience in Cap Skirring due to its location.

Beautiful location, stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed it.  That being said, don't expect the food to be like advertised on their website.  Perhaps the reason was because we were there off season, but the restaurant and breakfast were a disappointment.  If you want something done or even be treated as a human being, speak to Maïrang.  The other lady, don't know her name because I didn't bother to ask as I want to forget her as soon as possible, is a waste of your precious time.  She cannot even be bothered to stand up or even stop picking her nose when asking a question.  The best thing to happen to this hotel would be if she went away and became a prison guard somewhere.  The hotel has a beautiful garden and rooms are new and clean.  Great place but it needs to pull its socks up, staff-wise.

Beautiful place but staffing issues

AMAZING!!!! The hotel Hibiscus is simply the best in Cap Skiring.

Easter Break 

Hi, my stay at the hotel was nice but the owner of this hotel is rude and racist. She talked to us like we were her slave and didn’t acknowledge or treat us as client. 
The room where you were staying was nice but smelly. They fixed it the next day after complaining all day. 
The owner shouted at us and didn’t apologise for her behaviour. 
We spent Christmas over there. The menu was full of pork. It would have been nice to consider they ere Muslim customer too. 

I will not go back to this hotel. It was my second and last. Don’t give my money to people who don’t respect African people.

Customer services really bad

This stay is really awful. It’s started so well and because of customer service, everything just went downhill. The customer service is extremely bad. The employees don’t know how to talk to customer who pay for a service. They don’t acknowledge their mistake and respond to you in a very impolite way, especially the man at the bar. If we come here it is to rest and spend our money. Not to leave angry , deceive. I will never ever come back neither recommend this place. It is a beautiful place but it loses it charms because of the very bad customer service.

Worst customer service ever !

A couple of friends stayed for 3 days, one of then didn't even had a key to his room nor hot water for 3 days even after reclaiming it multiple times.
Food is always served late which we tolerated but the last night was AWFUL, not only our apperizers came 1.45 hours later and main dishes 2.15 hours later. Stake was cold, lobster wasn't even seasoned . And when we asked to talk to the manager (who was standing with 2 custoners laughing for 40minutes since we reclaimed her) they sent us the chef who didnt even think about apologizing but blamed us!! At a certain point, a male employee there even threatened to hit a friend of mine. NOT PROFESSIONAL, NO ETHICS AND NO RESPECT EVER. I DO NOT recommand it.

Awful. Never again!

One of my worst experiences with Hotels, I went there for spending the new year with my friends, rooms are full of insects , No water in the bathrooms, and when it come back , the pressure is so low , maximum u can wash ur hand , the food at the restaurant was getting served cold and late , like around 2 hrs and the worst thing is the service of the workers there , they don’t even care about you as a customer or ur needs. NEVER TO TRY AGAIN.
