Hotel Los Cofrades would be easy to pass by while traveling through the town of Sololá. Even a glimpse through the entry gate does not reveal what it has to offer once inside you will find a well maintained courtyard with swim pool and two story guest room area (soon to be three stories). The restaurant offers a very nice menu with excellent service. The guest rooms are clean and well cared for. The mattresses are a little too firm for my taste and I do not care for the pillows which are flimsy. You will not be able to find any news in English on the TV. However the hotel is a hidden gem in the city. They serve groups and individuals equally very well.
