Had an amazing stay here in late August, loved the location. Our room was spotless. The drinks where amazing (lola the bartender was honestly the nicest and most down to earth bartender I’ve ever met who had great banter. Food is good. Pool was great. Everything was great 

If I’m ever in laganas again I work definitely go back to this hotel.

After reading the reviews, I was a little apprehensive about staying here ! 

Room - we had a family room, clean basic, comfortable. The room was on the ground floor, next to the pool. Perfect for us!

Food - great choice of food, plenty of variety, and something for the fussier eaters 

Location - very close to the strip, mini market on site with all the essentials. 5 minute walk to the beach, ideal !!!

Staff - all lovely and really helpful !! 

The only downside is there was a number of young  groups coming in drunk and loud - that's beyond the hotel's control... It did not spoil the holiday one iota !

Just returned home from Zante Plaza and this is defo the best 3 star hotel i have ever stayed. Even though our room was not ready as we arrived in the morning, we used the all inclusive package before the check in.

Maids were coming every day to clean our room and change sheets and towels. The staff is out of this world and the food at the 2 restaurants is amazing.

Travelled as family at Laganas was a bit worrying for us but finally we didn't regret it. 
The staff is the best part of the hotel especialy Giota the manager / owner of the property.

We travelled as a group of friends at the end of June and we had an amazing time. The staff is really friendly and the all inclusive package is great value for money.   Lots of choice for alcohol and food. 
The hotel is in a perfect location just 1 minute short walk to the beach and Laganas main street.

I feel shame for some people at my age they way the behave. Rude, agressive, and loud. Hotel staff is trying hard to offer the best for all the guests. Shame for some youngsters.



The hotel has 9 small accommodation blocks all close together around the pools, the rooms are basic but beds are very comfortable and have nice balconies. Cleaner came every day. Food was varied and tasty, something for even the fussiest eaters. The all inclusive drinks are good, and the bar staff work very hard. It is 1 minute walk to the beach, and 1 minute walk to the bottom of Laganas Strip for nightlife. Entertainment in hotel was Kareoke/disco, Greek dancing and a live band who were excellent. Great value hotel for the £££.  Easy to organise tours through the rep, or on the strip.

I stayed with 5 other friends, the all inclusive drinks were amazing and it was literally a 1 minute walk to the strip. the pools during the day were perfect. even though it was close to the strip it was tucked away enough that you could get away from the busy. perfect stay for a girls holiday

the food was delicious and varied, also the sweets.  different food every day. very clean rooms.  the staff is very friendly and will always help with any question.  a variety of drinks at the bar.  large and clean pools, there is also a snack bar in another bar where you can order food, it was very tasty. Recommend to go there and enjoy your holidays!!!

Well when we arrived all hot and bothered after a long day and early, we were grateful for the welcome we received and the efficiency of the hotel staff in getting us booked in and to our room.  The current situation is that one has to go through a number of COVID19 and personal locator checks before one is booked in and taken to the room. Lola who manages the reception and this process was an ABSOLUTE STAR. Throughout our stay, she guided us to the best places and the procedures we needed to know about.  In addition to this, we were on an all-inclusive Jet2 holiday. The bar person Miri was really hospitable and friendly. The all inclusive food was exceptional and we really didn't expect an all inclusive place to have such quality food. You know when at these places one sometimes get tired of the same boring food and is tempted to go outside to get a decent meal. Well, that doesn't happen at this place. ALL the meals from breakfast through Luch and dinner plus the daytime snack bar are wonderful and varied. A special thank you to Alex, Dimitri & Elsa for managing the whole dinning experience. 

We visited greece for the First time and Stayed at the Zante Plaza  Hotel and Appartments, from arriving the management and reception  staff made us very welcome,   we really enjoyed the wonderful  food both in the hotel and snack bar, there was plenty of choices,  the cleanliness of the hotel was superb, all the    hotel  staff including the cleaners to the maintance guys couldn't do enough for you,  it was like staying with family, thank you Zante Plaza for you hospitality, and hope to see you very soon, ps lots of love to Lola xx

Lovely little hotel

So close to the centre

I've visited Zante a few times over the years and this hotel is decent, the food was ok but basic, snack bar was good. Pools was good and room we stopped in was good. Your a few minutes to strip so good location and 5 minutes to beach. Overall I would go again.

Family holiday 

Stayed here for a week in may 2022 with my friend and we enjoyed it. The hotel rooms are basic but they are cleaned every day and are comfortable. Only issue we had was that we had to pay for wifi which being 2022 was something we were a bit annoyed about. Air con was €62 for the week but we didn’t get it as I brought a fan with me which was a god send. You even had to pay for a safe in the room which was also frustrating. Surely an all inclusive hotel should offer these as standard. 

The food was good, not much choice but for us, sometimes less is more. The drinks could do with being a bit stronger though. Couldn’t really taste the alcohol in them. 

The pools are nice but the pool areas (particularly the snack bar pool area) needs updating to look more inviting as it looks run down. 

We only stayed for the karaoke in regards of entertainment and it’s only on for 2 hours so I do think this needs to be on longer however I do appreciate the hotel is small so entertainment can’t be on a bigger scale. 

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Sophia on reception is one of the nicest receptionists I’ve come across in a hotel. She is very helpful and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Lola on the snack bar is also very lovely. She always arranged for us to have a table for the theme nights for dinner at the snack bar which was appreciated. 

We also spent a day at the sister property the exoctica hotel which was also lovely and more for families. 

I marked this hotel as a star down because of the wifi, safe and air con which if this was offered for free they would get 5 stars. 

I would stay again.

Nice week away

Quite a dirty, run down place. Hotel was ok, entertainment (3 nights a week) average. Food was shocking. The snack bar only serves tuna or greek salad, basic burger or ham and cheese toastie. Every day. Found a lovely bar on the beach which was only a 5 min walk away and spent days eating and relaxing there.  The weather was out of this world.
