My experience at the Vivian hotel was really good. I was really pleased with the cleaning services and how friendly all the staff were. Brian the bar tender was an amazing member of staff, he would recommend us with amazing places to go for dinner, he gave us any drinks that we asked for, was also a great host and all in a very nice and friendly guy. Brian definitely made the holiday for us. Brian was a  10/10 member of staff.

Me and my 2 friends stayed here in July Victoria and all the staff were amazing and very helpful cleaners came in daily, for the price we payed we wasn’t expecting much but what a amazing hotel and experience. the pool was lovely, the food was not expensive and was amazing ate here most nights. staff at the restaurant, cleaners and all the workers was amazing. The rooms were a really nice size, Not too loud at night time the security made sure everyone was  respectful to everyone else in the hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here again and definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel was great, food was lovely and not over priced, all staff were lovely too especially Brian who ran the bar who was very talkative and friendly to all. 

Only negative was the price of aircon for a week which was 80€ (20€ per person).

Brian the bar man is brilliant treats everyone like a friend and has respect for everyone and has taken great care of us all

They will try to get money out of you at every single chance. Try to charge us for wet towels. All they want is your money with horrible service and rude cleaners
