One of the best places I have stayed at in recent years.
High standard, intimate environment, close to the beach, peaceful, friendly and a great family running the place.
I highly recommend this hotel/apartment complex.

Plus: ideal for those who travel with small kids - safe and spacious grounds. Proprietors are kind and helpful. Cute dog :). Decent breakfast if you say you're really hungry.
Min: no apartments with a door to close between sleeping accomodations.


We had a very good rate from a website which made our stay very good value for money
The apartment was roomy and was presented as clean and tidy
The internet connection was by wired connection and was excellent
The location of the property is handy to the beach and very quiet
We had a small patio terrace with table and chairs looking out to the garden area with fruit trees.
The swimming pool hadn't been prepared for the season which was a shame as the temperature while we were there was in the high 20's and a swim would have been nice
It would have been good to have been able to attach the shower head to the wall in the shower rather than just have a hand held hose.

Evelyn's House offers rooms to let, so we knew beforehand that the facilities would be minimal. We picked this place to relax after a week and a half of constantly moving around Peloponnesus and the hotel did not disappointed us. The rooms are over viewing an olive and orange tree garden. The pool is quite small but you can relax on a quiet afternoon. The hotel is a family business run by Kostas and his wife two very pleasant people that welcomed us heartily. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance and is amazing. The only problem is the wind that creates small sand storms !! On a windless day this is one of the best beaches I've ever been. At the period we stayed the pool bar was stayed closed but you could ask Kostas for a refreshment or coffee. The town which is 15 minutes walking distance is lively and you can have lunch/diner in a variety of restaurants. It's a great choice for families or couples who want to relax in a simple room with no extra facilities for a very reasonable room price.

36 euro for one night. Very friendly owners that are 24hrs at your service. Big room with tv that's not working, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. There's a little swimming pool that has a greenish colour. Unfortunately we didn't had the time to sit at the bar with the owners and other visitors but it seemed very cosy. Good place for a roadtrip if you want to see the ancient city Olympia. You will be waked up by a couple of roosters at 6.30am :).
