Rooms are comfort enough for sleeping and short stay, also balcony are spacious too. Kitchenette haven't all things you might need like knifes, pot, saucepan.... 
The local beach is in front of the Stefanidis App., and it's big enough with a lot of space for family specially with small kids. Entry into the water is gradual, and there is always some wind to chill you a little : )

Perfect accomodation for calm and quiet vacation

Fantastic staff, I seriously cant complain the least or say a negative word if it was to review the Greek reception lady, even the owners.. Always smiling, greating, busy with something, kind and helpful people. 
The only set backs we experienced there were: 1. the super loud music on the weekends, live concerts happening in either of 3 beach bars nearby, drunk teenagers etc....was surprised that just about every room was occupied with families with kids and 2. the muddy beaches - the beach was NOT nice. 
Everything else was very good - walking distance to shops, restaurants, markets and bars. 
Nature all around the little village is gorgeous - lots of mountains and flowery bushes... Many wild animals too to see - foxes, turtles, badgers, porcupines and many others.. 
I would definitely recommend to young people.. 



Warm and comfortable place but very noicy at nights.. . 

Good beds, spacious balcony and enough space for 2 in the studio. 4 people won't fit, it's too small and there is not enough storage. There is not enough equipment to cook, but you can use the barbecue in the courtyard. The shower head should be replaced.  
There are shutters and air conditioner. A problem with te air conditioner was fixed immedately. During our stay (1 week) sheets and towels were replaced twice, fine for us.

The beach is across the road. The beach is shallow.
The center of Stavros is a nice 10 minute walk away. A few minutes away is a  minimarket that sells fresh bread every day. Next to the accommodation is a very good restaurant, and in the center there are a lot of options to have dinner.

Good accommodation, great price/quality ratio

Had a great stay at Stefanidis. Clean spacious comfortable apartment, very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention for Sofia, nothing was too much trouble. Ideal location for beach lovers but its a bit of a walk into town for shops, restaurants etc. Couple of beach bars local and the one supermarket.Bit surprised at some of the other reviews, there was a bit of noise from one of the beach bars but we were right at the front of the building closest to the music and didnt find it too invasive. Dont know where you would get the level of quiet some people seem to need, maybe a monastic retreat. Either way the Stefanidis is a lovely place to stay, picturesque surroundings, two minute walk to the sea, well appointed clean apartment building.

We stayed in the most expensive apartment for 4 people, €70 per night. It looks nice - but: 
The beds are horrifyingly uncomfortable, you keep turning in your bed to find a sleeping position AND
The beach bar across the street keeps you awake until 4am since you think it is ok your room considering the volume. 
The fridge smells since it does not really cool and I assume something turned bad in it sometime
The drawers in the kitchen smell as well
The AC from our room and the neighboring room is on our balcony, we had to ask our neighbors to turn theirs off so we could use our balcony because it was so windy

We were happy to get up in the morning to go to the beach and sleep there since the sunbeds are more comfortable than the beds in our room - no joke! 
I wanted to leave after the second night.
