The only positive thing about our accommodation was a helpful manager and an air-conditioning. The room and the bathroom were small and dated. 
Beds are small and uncomfortable even though the owner put some memory foam toppers on it. There was a balcony with a table and 2 cheap plastic chairs without cushions.
The location is close to the beach, clear water . 
Not recommended if you have high expectations.

You get what you pay for - Old Eastern Europe feeling

The place is not expensive, but anyway the hosts should offer better conditions, regardless the prices. 
The first thing that I didn't like was that I when I have arrived, I had to almost in the host's living room, in order to ask about our accommodation, because the bell wasn't working, and no one was waiting for us. (We were a group of 20 adults and 5 kids) There's no such thing as reception.
We were two persons in a double room. The host explained to us that we can choose between a room with one big bed, and a room with two separated. We chose the second one. In the room (which was quite small) we saw one not so big double bed, and one quite small single one. It was very "not cool" that one of the guests (in this case me or my colleague) should be screwed-up and to sleep on the small bed, holding the pillow to not fall on the floor. The beds were really hard, and the pillows were quite high, and like they are made of wood. 
The bathroom is small and uncomfortable. There is a shower curtain, which was sticking on my back when you was taking a shower. I Imagined how many other backs were stuck before. We didn't use the curtain, so we had a big puddle, which wasn't cleaned even once for 5 day. We asked for two towels, and we should explain with details why exactly we want them, cause "the cleaning and changing of towels is happening every 4 days". (???) On the second day the toilet paper was finished. We didn't want to go to host's living room again, but finally we asked for more. (it is confusing to ask such a thing when you are a guest and you pay.) The host said that "This is not a hotel. How   we wanted new towels, and now we are asking for toilet paper??"
One of the days the hosts were entered our room to stop the air condioner (to not spend money for electricity), but they didn't see the dirty puddle in the bath, the missing toilet paper, and the full trashes in bath and kitchen. The first day we had really hot water. But only then. Next two days I was taking a shower with cold water. We prepaid 4 nights, but I had to go back to my country one day earlier. I decided to ask my money for the last night, not because I wasn't going to sleep there, but because of all the negative things that I listed and I wasn't a happy customer, but the host said that it is not possible to give my money back. I think that is not the right way to make people to come back and leave good reviews, and to bring their friends... So - I do NOT recommend that place, and definitely I am NOT going to go back there.

4 uncomfortable days and 3 uncomfortable nights - cold, hard and dirty.

Getting to the complex is pretty straight-forward. It’s also pretty close to the shoreline and central village square.
There are lovely village houses, as well as other vacation homes and similar complexes nearby.
There are 3 outdoor barbeques that you can take advantage of. Our company of ~20 people certainly did!
Right next to 2 of the barbeques there are several solid tables where you can start serving immediately.

There is enough space between the buildings of the complex for some nice trees and bushes, as well as for kids to run and play.

Most rooms are on the 1st floor, with rooms on the second being the more expensive ones – primarily because of the huge balcony for ~10 people that each 2nd floor room has.

There is a supermarket 3 minutes away by foot. Another one is 10 minutes away. 
There is a well-stocked Lidl store right outside the village – approx. 20 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car.

The complex uses solar-powered water heating so if you happen to come across cloudy days, you may be left without hot water.
Not to worry though – you can notify the host and he’s turn on the central water heating.

The host and his family live in one of the buildings of the complex so you have access to him or his wife for questions and requests pretty much the entire time.

My only downside was about the bathrooms – they could have been just a bit more cleaner/renovated, but there aren’t any major problems with them.

Very pleasant mini complex near the sea perfectly suitable for individuals, families or small companies

Our room was a bit small. Most of the space was taken by the beds (1single+1double) but there was a small kitchenette in one of the corners.There was a balcony with a table and 3 chairs but they were a bit spartan :) Small TV that you can watch only greek television. Small bathroom and it takes about 1-2mins to get some hot water. There was an air conditioner in the room and mosquito nets on the door to the balcony. It's a 2-3mins walk to the beach and there is a super market nearby. The road outside is dusty and that creates a little discomfort when a car passes by. Landlords both speak average english and accept card payments.
Overall we are pleased with our stay and I think it's a good quality for that price. 
Suitable for family trips.
