Very nice location by the beach, hotel has also a small pool and bar which is convenient for the afternoon if you want to relax. WiFi needs improvement rather than that everything else was great

Nice pretty hotel

We stay 5 nights.
Very good breakfast.
Nice pool but little bit small.
I dont like room.
Housekeeping was only one time in that 5 nights. There was a lot of garbage.. but they throw it just once.
Beach is near but I dont like it.
The sea is green like a river.. 
10 min by car is nice beach bar but with lot jellyfish.

We, young couple with a 9 months child, spent 10 days in Vila Maria Lux this June (12th to 22nd).

We choose this estate due to proximity of the beach, availability of free parking, AC included in price, free WIFI, pool and pool and sea view from room balcony, and most of mentioned we received.

Good points: new building, overall cleanness, AC, pool, proximity of the beach, good prices in Villas bar...

Acceptable points: extremely small TV, extremely small bathroom, parking on a empty field in front of villa, quite small kitchen (no oven)...

Bad points: room which is smaller than balcony (be careful in selection, specifically ask for a room with pool view, we got the only one which was on the other side of the building, quite small one, and next to staircase-->pretty loud), shower which is so small that you can take a shower only if you plan to clean entire bathroom, exceptionally poor WIFI in rooms, no window in bathroom... 

To be honest, on a scale from 1 to 10, our score would be 7 to 7,5. They have most of the things mentioned earlier, but in a small portions. :-) Good thing was that our expectations were somewhere around 8, so we basically got what we expected. 

There are a lot of small things which could be improved, but at the moment, greatest asset of the villa is covering those improvement possibilities (differences between expectations and reality), and greatest asset of  this accommodation are hosts, Olga and Christos. We are very thankful for their hospitality, and they will be in our thoughts every time when we mention this villa to someone.

Solid estate, with some minor issues...

We spent for a 3.time at Maria Lux our family vacation. Place is perfect, rooms are nice and comfortable, very clean, owner correct. Great service from Olga-special thanks to her for everything (especially for the camera story :-) we'll never forget it and want to thank her very much again!) We'would recommend the hotel and come back again to enjoy our vacation.

Excelent hotel

The hotel is well placed versus the beach (just 2-3 minutes of walking) , rooms are very clean and enough large, the furniture is well maintained , and in general is clean in the hotel. They change the towels at each 2 days. Balconies are large with nice view at pool. The report price/quality is excellent

Nice and clean

The apartment house is located about 600 meters from the center of the village . The rooms are clean and nice. The building is new. The owner is very freindly. The only (small) problem is that nobody spoke English on the spot, but we managed the situation with hand-feet communication :) Wifi is sometimes weak but normally accessible.
