We had one of our most memorable dinners with friends at this beautiful deck next to the waves on the beach of Avis Fokas in Tinos, watching the lights of the ferries crisscross the dark blue sea between Tinos Mykonos and Syros! Every now and again, one of the massive cruiser ships sailed pass, its lights providing a fantastic show till they vanished on their way to their next destination! The starters are amazing and most of the vegetables were in “granddad Konstantis’ garden in the morning!that’s how fresh they are! All appetisers ingredients are locally produced! Not to be missed: Loukoumades (dumplings filled with feta cheese mousse, Tinos honey from the hills and basil) Taramasalata is perfect, perhaps the best on the island! I could go on for pages so I’ll just say: Whether in the daytime for snacks or lunch, or for dinner right next to the sea, the deck of this beautiful hotel will definitely not disappoint!
