After 7 years we returned to Santorini and chose again Athina Villa for our living room. We were assigned a small single room which was different from the previous time but equally comfortable. The room was very spacious, with a French double bed and a single bed. There was also a closet, table, folding chairs, appendages, hairphones, mirror, safe, iron and steering wheel...in short, everything needed! The small kitchen was well equipped with electric stoves, stoves, locker rooms, refrigerators and a table on which we could have breakfast or eat comfortably. The room was air conditioned. The bathroom, small room, however, is functional with water, wine, laundry, laundry, and toilet glass.

I stayed in one of the 4 apartments of the structure, located in Perivolos, for 6 nights in the company of my boyfriend. It is located in a perpendicular crossroads the walk, in a comfortable position to the sea and the premises you will find nearby (seashore). It has free parking. The apartments overlook a courtyard on which there are tables and umbrellas (three if not error). The rooms are furnished in a simple but complete way.

Well located studio, well equipped, welcoming and friendly reception, we are delighted! Transfer to airport and port offered at reasonable rates, pleasant! calm, pleasant, 100m from the sea.

Well located and pleasant

Our apartment was beautiful, very spacious, clean, kitchen with dishes and tools. It has dishes, pancakes, toast boilers, cups and souppers. Everything you need to cook comfortably. Our apartment also had a nice terrace with wire and laundry jars. The bathroom with shower is a little small but functional. The apartment is facing the sea in fact walking the vicinity you went to the beach. The lady is very kind, she explained a lot of things to us, but she only speaks English but we understand perfectly. The lady's son is the driver of the transfer that you can request via mail. Codo 25 euros per race.

Fantastic holiday Santorini summer 2018

I'm staying here in less than two weeks, I wanted to know who's been to the apartment if there's a classic moka for making coffee.

We have stayed at this hotel for 10 or 10 years and I must confirm what I said in the previous reviews, a quiet and spacious place, well equipped to stay in full autonomy. Room arrangement and cleaning almost every day, changing clothes every 2 days, outdoor patio where you can also eat. Mrs Athina is always kind and polite.

The perfect vacation.

Very hospitable and organized staff. They even kept our luggage on the last day so we could go to the beach and offered us a shower. Very clean and spacious room with climate. Good location near the sea.

It's a great stay.

well as per the hotel location and amenities, it should be a very good place. but due to the grumpy and non-cooperative attitude of the owner lady, i had to give it average. price was good. location is just on the beach,50 mtr max walk. free parking. the room has AC and all. the kitchen is fully equipped. just be careful in WC, water will come out to the room if u r not careful. but the owner lady is very non-cooperative and she will not help u in any way. well, room was super clean.

great location

This hotel is more like a little one bedroom apartment. You have a small kitchen, and a place to sit outside that is really nice. It has a mini fridge and a safe, which is always useful. Getting ahold of the owners to check in wasn't easy and we had to make a few phone calls, but they were really nice throught our stay and even picked us up one evening when we got lost. The room is very clean. The bathroom is small and floods when you take a shower. It is close to the black sand beach and to a strip of restaurants and little shops. I would definitely stay here again if I stayed in Perivolos, but you should consider staying closer to Oia which is also amazing.

Nice hotel

Villa Athina is located in Perivolos a few steps from the sea. We stayed in an apartment a few hundred meters from the main house, but the owners accompanied us with their car. Our apartment on the top floor was very large and consisted of a living room kitchen and loft room to which you can access from a staircase. The bathroom is located near the entrance to the first floor. One recommendation: if you are very tall, give another apartment because the ceiling of the room is really low and you hit your head with ease.... The house is very clean!!! It is equipped with a floor with tablecloth and chairs, to stretch the clothes. The owners are very nice. The transfer to the airport is very economical.
