Lovely apartment in Perissa. The room was large with a private balcony, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was really nice with a powerful shower. The owner was very helpful, told us about trips and also drive us to the port to catch our ferry. Would definitely return.

I recommend booking here, with parking and a short walk from Perissa Beach, in a very quiet area, and in the morning you'll hear only a rooster singing.

Magic Santorini

Very nice structure, in a quiet position. Clean and cozy room. Fitted with a livable balcony. James, the owner. very available and attentive to the needs. to return. The only thing unrelated to the structure is the strong wind that characterizes that area of Perissa.

Eighth

Unfortunately, our vacation, booked for the summer of 2020 and paid entirely in advance, was not realized due to the pandemic. The facility kindly gave us the opportunity to postpone it to this summer of 2021, but to date, after two e-mails of solicitation, we have not yet received any confirmation. This leaves us very perplexed: it does not give us the opportunity to book the plane in advance besides the fact that there remains doubt whether we will be able to make our much-desired vacation in Santorini.

Difficulty in contacting the structure

This year we were planning to spend part of our holidays at the Katefiani, until the cursed coronavirus came and broke our baskets. Because of this, then, we will not stay (this year!) in this facility, but my review is dedicated to the kindness of the owner, who returned us the money from the cancellation penalty despite this was planned.

In the area of Perissa (to the south of the island a few steps from Perivolos, a place of beaches and exclusive edges) you will find this small paradise managed by Jacob, a wonderful and available person. A very nice structure with several rooms, we were lucky enough to stay upstairs in a room with a terrace. Clean, comfortable, comfortable, well maintained bathroom with a very spacious shower. I recommend you to book from him, as it is much more convenient (and economical) to stay in this area and move around by quad or scooter because Fira is absolutely impractical (being the main city is crowded with tourists) and Oca area is very expensive and a little uncomfortable.

Not recommended

We stayed here for 8 days and it was perfect from the beginning to the end. Jacob the owner picked us up from the airport. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, it had a large balcony overlooking a church and the mountains. It was an excellent location near to the beach and lovely restaurants. Jacob was the perfect host and took us to the airport when we departed. He gave us some lovely gifts to remember them by. You won't be dissappointed. Excellent.

Wonderful villas

Exclusive beautiful place! Perissa is the best place to stay at Santorini. And Katefiani Villas is the best place to stay in Perissa. All are near you - markets, restaurants, bus stop, tour information centers, well known Black Beach of Perissa is in 3 minutes walking. Very clean room. Awesome friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi, Kitchen, Free transfer from port and back!..

It's just a great place to stop at Santorini.

This accommodation was perfect for us - close to the beach and our favorite place to eat. The room was comfortable and bright with a nice balcony. The family that runs the accommodation was very nice and helpful. They gave us a free lift from and to the airport (we stayed 7 nights). The room was cleaned every day. Overall great experience.

We loved our stay. Room was spacious and very clean. The owner was very helpful. Location was 5 minutes walk to beach and 30 minutes to Fira by bus. We got free airport transfer. will go back for sure.
