We had 3 days in the Winemaker's room to kick off a 20th anniversary trip to Greece. From the minute we first stepped foot on the property and saw the iconic views for the first time we were blown away. You worry that the pictures online won't be accurate but they were in this case...and more. Our stay couldn't have been better. The views and sunsets were stunning. The room was immaculate and larger than we thought it would be. Our balcony was incredibly spacious and provided the perfect venue for daily breakfast. The staff was top notch, with professionalism and attention to detail. We give it the highest recommendation!

Wonderful! Beautiful hotel. Nice to be on the outskirts of OIA. Much less crowded than the city center. We could also see the sunset from our balcony rather than tackle the mobs in the IG areas. 

Everything was very walkable distance. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. had our own spa which was fantastic.  The daily breakfast was also good, delivered to your patio daily. You are also given a bottle of local wine on arrival. 

This was an excellent stay. The only slight drawbacks were the WIFI was spotty. There were times, you just couldn't connect. Not a deal breaker just inconvenient. If you stay 4 nights, they cover your transportation to the hotel, but not return. It would better to offer RT coverage IMO. 

Overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience and such an amazing way for us to take a break from our busy work lives. Greece is beautiful, but Santorini was the most beautiful of the 3 islands we visited, and you all being as hospitable and gracious made it so much better!

Absolutely unforgettable stay in Oia, Santorini! The hotel was stunning – breathtaking views, exceptional service, delicious breakfast, and beautifully designed rooms. Every detail was perfect. A romantic getaway with my boyfriend that we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!

The  views are mind blowing. Perfect place to go to if you want to relax.
We stayed there for 5 nights. They have a great choice for food if you decide to stay in at a reasonable price. The staff are very welcome and polite. Room service was great too.

Don't know why anyone would give this place less than a 5-star rating.  We stayed at the IKIES last week for 3 days.  What a great experience.  Lets list why:
1.  The place is just gorgeous.  The views from our room terrace were truly AMAZING.
2.  The service was truly EXCELLENT.  The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and courteous.  Couldn't ask for anything more from them.  Whenever we asked for something, they provided us very good information regarding where to go and reserved our transfers, which by the way, showed up 5 minutes before schedule.
3.  The location is excellent.  Walking distance to the center of town and not too far from the airport and seaport.
4.  There was a COMPLIMENTARY bottle of good white wine and a bottle of water(in the fridge) for each day we stayed there.
5.  The COMPLIMENTARY breakfast every morning was very good.  The selections ranged from hot and cold coffee to eggs whichever way you wanted them cooked, to fluffy pancakes, to fresh squeezed OJ or grapefruit juices.

We could go on and on about this place.  Would truly, truly recommend IKIES.  We travel to Europe or Asia around this time every year and by far this was one of the best resorts from an overall perspective.

Beautiful hotel, with incredible views of Oia. Every day they would bring us breakfast right to our deck.  The staff were very attentive and provided everything we needed.  The room we had was more like an apartment with an upstairs bedroom and a downstairs bedroom that was almost like sleeping in a cave - so was perfect for traveling with our daughter.

I am telling you that you will not find a better hotel in Oia than this!  It is in the absolute best location - the main part of Oia is a 5-10 min walk but yet the setting feels very isolated and quiet.  You hear a lot about how crowed Oia is, and it is, but at this hotel you could see it all but feel separate and private. Plus the view over the caldera is perfection. We had a lovely terrace and private hot tub where you could sit and watch the water.  It's a very small hotel and so you get to know the staff who are all super helpful and friendly. They bring you breakfast to eat on your private terrace every morning and they also do dinner if you want. There is no restaurant, everything is in your room or terrace.  We loved the entire experience and it will be the first place we recommend when someone mentions going to Santorini.

This hotel was wonderful in every way!!!  The view from our very large terrace (with a hot tub) was stunning -- overlooking Oia and the Calderon.  It was only a 5 minute walk into Oia but far enough out of the village to be very quiet.  The room was very large and super clean.  The staff was very pleasant and very attentive.  We ordered multiple meals served on our terrace which was wonderful and the food was delicious!!!!  There are many stairs to get to your room but well worth it!!!

Ikies Santorini was wonderful in every way!

I was overwhelmed deciding where to stay on Santorini.   There were so many lovely properties to choose from.  I really wanted a view of Oia and its white buildings sprawling up the hillside.   When I inquired about the views I was told that all rooms had good views.  I took a leap of faith and booked.   I sit here today on our final day, still in awe.   The view’s are spectacular, the staff is warm and inviting, the food delicious and a stroll to the town center is only 15 minutes away.  If we are fortunate enough to return to Santorini, we will return to Ikies!

Perfect location for Oia view

Ikies has to be the BEST accomodation in Santorini. My husband and I stayed in the winemaker's suite and it was absolutely perfect. The view is unmatched, literally breathtaking.. it was very hard to leave!! The staff are so friendly and they work hard to make sure you have the best experience possible. Kristina and Katerina at the reception desk were especially great and we enjoyed chatting with them each day! If we ever find ourselves in Santorini again, we would not think to stay anywhere else. Thank you so much!!
