This hotel is great! Extremely clean! This is a family owned business. The owner Maria is the sweetest person! She is so accommodating with anything you need! Great location! Close to town, grocery store, and restaurants. Fira is great to stay in Santorini. I can’t wait to visit Greece and especially Maria! We loved her!❤️

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked here in June 2022 by accident since everything else was booked. Very rude management, they don’t care about offering a good service, they just want your money. Its dirty and beds have bed-bugs!!!

Horrible- bedbugs

Comfortable room equipped with the essentials (1 electric plate, a sufficiently spacious refrigerator, stoves and pans, blankets, kettles,...). Located a few hundred metres from Fira city centre but still quiet. The swimming pool is top, close to the room with a bubble space and trays.

There's nothing to be said about it.

Very small hotel, about 10 mins walk from central Fira (uphill) Spotlessly clean everywhere. Lovely room, basic, but with comfier beds than we are used to in Greece,  two, fluffy pillows each and.....a proper power shower that didn't flood the bathroom. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful and the small pool area had plenty of beds and shaded areas. In fact, we had it to ourselves and we went at the height of peak season. Excellent value for money.

Great budget hotel away from the bustle of Fira

We loved our stay at Villa Koronios. The welcome was extraordinary and the room beautiful, cool and calm.
 It pleased us to walk the short walk into the very busy town of Fira. 
The traffic in Fira is relentless and the crowds are there too. There are hundreds of places to eat and shops to buy clothes and holiday memorabilia. 
However when you have done that or taken a local bus to other places on the island, coming back to Villa Koronios is like coming home. Quiet at night and calm by the pool in the morning and evening. 
If you want advice about anything in Fira, the hostess will always help you and even book it for you.  She is able to advise about good places to eat and when we mentioned her name we got special privileges. 
She will book boat trips, taxis to the port etc etc. 
We really recommend this hotel.

Relaxing Hotel on edge of Fira

I booked based on the trip reviews. My boyfriend and I were lucky because we stayed in the 3 person room on the ground floor with pool view, refurbished and quite new but the couple of friends in the double room upstairs didn't find the room they were expecting. In the single room we found everything necessary to make breakfast and prepare cold meals, it wouldn't have been as much if we had cooked. My judgment is entirely due to the cleanliness that I found insufficient and not adequate. In the structure there is a swimming pool that given the poor cleaning of the rooms I didn't trust to use. The structure would have a lot of potential because it is also in a quiet area and the center of Firali is easily accessible on foot.

Potential but clean to review

The room was carefully furnished in detail. Very nice the bathroom and shower box. Just a few steps from the centre and bus service but in a quiet area. Great view of the coast.

Comfortable structure

Villa Koronios is the best place to go if you are visiting Santorini. The place is beautiful and extremely clean, the staff is friendly and professional! Our room was lovely, with a private hot tub. It is very close to the centre of Thira but away from the chaos. Definitely recommended. We are looking forward to come back soon

Lovely place

Maria is very welcoming and good advice! Nice room with swimming pool and sea view, quiet. Villa located 10min walk from the centre (highway passage less secure, however), close to the central bus station (very convenient). We rented quads thanks to her too, very good experience!!! I highly recommend.

It's a very nice place.

Situated very close to the center of Fira (10 minutes walk), but without all the noise and fuss of the center streets, thus a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing. The room was very nice and clean, with an awesome terrace, with a peaceful view, where we could drink our coffees. The pool was also a huge plus, being the perfect spot to chill with a good book. All these for a really good price.
All the thanks to the staff, who was super friendly and helpful.
