Strategic location in the heart of the city, close to everything. Spacious and design room, no breakfast but in the room there is both the boiler and the coffee machine with bags and bags and a refrigerator. The staff is extremely available and kind, Miss Angelina a real treasure!!! Great price.

In the heart of the city

The rooms look amazing. Very trendy and quiet unique. The sea view rooms are the best. The only thing that I would complain are the stairs. They are narrow and is very hard to go up if you have heavy luggage. 
But as location ( in the city center very close to many restaurants, shops and places to visit ) it is very well tought. I would recommend this place.

The only problem with this property is the fact that there is no elevator while the reception is located on the 4th floor of the building

Great Design

This has been a favourite of mine for a long time and stayed several times. The plus points include: central location, trendy rooms, amenities such as espresso coffee machine and speaker in the room, comfy beds, helpful reception staff (not always on site), good free WIFI.
The minus points: there are three or four sets of narrow sets of stairs (depending on whether the room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor). This makes it unsuitable for families or if you are travelling with heavy luggage. No luggage storage available - only option is to carry your luggage more stairs (!) up to the 4th floor and leave it in the office. Some investment is now needed to get fresh, new towels and decent hungers for the rooms.

Once a favourite but no more I fear. Plus & minus points.

The Trilogy House, centrally located on Tsimiski street, the “Rodeo Drive” of Thessaloniki, is a cool hotel.  From the time you arrive, the host takes care of you with any information you might have and then you see your room!  Interesting painted walls, funky pipes in the washrooms and a nice balcony to have your complimentary coffee.  A cool hotel and great value!

A hip, cool and centrally located hotel!

There is a lot to like about Trilogy House. The reception staff are efficient, friendly and helpful and the rooms are stylish, well-furnished, a good size and really well thought out. The location is also excellent for exploring Thessaloniki. Unfortunately, we did find getting a decent sleep difficult because of the noise from the busy street - Thessaloniki is a party town and the noise and traffic doesn't really stop. It is also quite noisy internally when people come in late and start running water. Really good sound-proofed windows would work a wonder, but until they are fitted we would recommend ear-plugs (or joining the party all night!). Overall, good value, but light sleepers beware.

Loved it, apart from the noise from the street

We loved it- we had a suite with a balcony. Right in the center of town. There were alot of stairs to climb to our room, but we were assisted by the 2 meter tall employee. Our room had beamed ceilings and unique fixtures. There was welcome white wine....all great! Hope to come back soon!

Cool

Super cool furnishings, clean, good Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, all fine! Nice reception, worth a second visit! Unfortunately no elevator, but the first floor went smoothly, especially since we got help.

Air-like accommodation

Suites of small apartments, very cute, decorated and stylish, a small common living room with three apartments, water bottle available, espresso cafeteria with 1 capsule per person on offer, boiler, microwave, very well-climated, very nice bathroom, powerful shower.

Well-placed, very decent, practical.

We spent the night in this very central apartment hotel. Stylish room, good Wi-Fi connection. Disadvantage: no elevator, we had to drag the luggage to the third floor. Interior design very stylish and hip, but also very impractical.
