Location: absolutely FANTASTIC at 20m from Papa Nero beach. All rooms have a magnificent sea view, the sun warms up the balcony in the morning and since noon it passes over the house and the balcony is in shadow. Windows equipped with wooden shutters. Our double room interior was very-very clean and generous, furnished in essential way with natural wood furniture, ceramic tile flooring, air conditioning, kitchenette (fridge with small freezing compartment, coffee machine, kettle, 2 zones electric hob, hood, sink, cutlery, plates, without any pots or bowls), bathroom with shower, plastic porch furniture 1 table and 2 seats. I was nicely surprised that fresh bed linen, towels, toilet paper were provided every 3 days together with general cleaning of the room by the staff, without any additional tax. Next to it there is a frequented tavern opened from 09:00 am till last customer, where you can serve all meals. Same tavern provides free sunbeds and umbrella, the only condition is to return the umbrella in its box at the end of the day. The beach is mainly with round pebbles and little sand. Not really mandatory, but for additional comfort bring water shoes or buy them from the village stores at 7-8 euro both kids and adults. In a 10 min walk you reach Ag. Ioannis village grocery stores, bakery and other taverns. Tariffs for a double room, depending on season, 70-90 euro, subject to group or longer stay discounts. The owner speaks very little English.
